Account Setup Fee
A one-time AED 100 setup fee applies for new accounts (excluded if you purchase Annual or Self-hosted plans).
Plans and Payments
- Free plan includes email support only.
- Paid plans include call, email, and chat support.
- Annual billing is discounted and non-refundable once processed.
- Lifetime “Self-hosted” plan is a one-time payment and non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos (including the Hooman Resource cat mascot), and software are the property of Hooman Resource and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Self-Hosted Plans
If you purchase the Sel-hosted plan, you are responsible for hosting, backups, and system security after handover.
Limitation of Liability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or business interruption.
Using Hooman Resource is at your own risk.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or misuse the system.
